There is no such Para Medical Council of India or Central Para Medical Council was established by the government of India.
Not only operation theater tech courses, other courses like Optometry, Physiotherapy, Radiology, Ultra Sound, Dialysis etc courses will not have any central Para Medical Board.
However, there are some state governments Para Medical Councils are there such like.
- UP Paramedical Faculty
- Rajasthan Para Medical Board
- Telangana Para Medical Board
- Gujarat Para Medical Council
- Karnataka Para Medical Council
- Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board Etc.,
So you have to get registered your certificate in particular state PARA MEDICAL BOARD of your university or board located.
Coming to point for working in another country you state Para Medical Registration Certificate is enough for that.
