Is distance education is eligible for group1 tspsc?
According to UGC & DEB (Distance Education Bureau) and MHRD, the courses conducted under distance education/correspondence mode should be approved by the Distance Education Council / Bureau of New Delhi.
If university approved by statutory bodies wherever approval required then the certificates will be valid for the purpose of employment or higher education.
Coming to state you must check with the Recruitment / Competitive Examination Notification of TSPSC or any other state-level examination. Whether in notification they mentioned only Regular degree or Any Degree eligible.
