I am a student from karnataka and am from kerala, so will there be a solution that registration certificate wont be provided to karnataka students from kerala board ?

You Have to Register Your Certificate in Kerala Paramedical Board and get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Register in Karnataka Paramedical Board.
